How To Use Salt and Oil To Make Your Nails Grow

WHAT YOU NEED :

    • You are going to need a bowl. Make sure it fits both hands or one hand. 

    • You want warm water so makes your nails a little weak but it's ok.
    • Salt will help grow the nails because salt has nutrients ans it is a crystals which is amazingly helpful.Only a spoon full of olive oil will help you clean and grow your nails out..
    •  Salt again same exact amout.A spoon full
     


  • Now you are going to do this for 1-2 hours . Then wash hand and your nails have grown 1-2 inches enjoy
